ENDOLIFTING
(Facelift without surgery)
What is endolifting?
Endolifting is a medical-aesthetic treatment that uses a fiber-optic laser introduced beneath the skin through microcannulas.
This thermal energy stimulates the contraction of existing collagen and promotes the formation of new collagen (neocollagenesis), which generates a tightening, firming, and regenerative effect on the treated tissues.
By acting from within, endolifting improves the dermal structure without incisions, scarring, or the need for general anesthesia.
It is an outpatient technique with visible results from the first few days and progressive results over time.
Which areas can be treated with endolifting?
Unlike other treatments focused solely on the face, endolifting can be applied to both facial and body areas, adapting to the needs of each patient.
Common facial areas:
Face contour and jawline
Double chin and neck
Cheekbones and cheeks
Periocular area and crow's feet
Frequent body areas:
Arms (bat-wing sagging)
Abdomen (after pregnancy or weight loss)
Thighs and inner legs
Buttocks (to improve tone)
Knees and lower back
This versatility makes endolifting a comprehensive tool for those who want to improve the tone and firmness of their skin without undergoing invasive surgery.
What is the procedure like?
Treatment begins with a personalized medical evaluation to determine the areas to be treated and the required laser intensity.
Then, under local anesthesia, an optical microfiber is introduced through a fine cannula into the deep dermis.
The laser energy acts on the subdermal tissue, producing controlled heat that causes immediate contraction of the collagen fibers.
At the same time, it stimulates cell regeneration and improves microcirculation in the treated area.
The procedure lasts between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the area, and does not require hospitalization.
Benefits of Endolifting
The effects of endolifting go beyond aesthetics. It is a highly valued treatment for its immediate and long-term benefits:
Visible firming and improved elasticity
Reduction of sagging skin
Natural stimulation of collagen and elastin
More even and radiant skin tone
Progressive and long-lasting results (up to 18 months)
No scarring or prolonged downtime
In addition, by treating from within, the results are more even and natural than other external procedures.
Who are the ideal candidates?
Endolifting is indicated for people with moderate signs of sagging or loss of firmness, both in the face and body. It is an excellent alternative for those who do not want or cannot undergo surgery but are seeking visible aesthetic improvement.
However, it is not recommended for people with extreme tissue laxity, in which case surgical or combination treatments may be required.
Results and Maintenance
Results begin to be noticeable within a few days of treatment, although the full effect gradually manifests itself over the next 4 to 12 weeks. The skin appears firmer, smoother, and more youthful.
To prolong the effects of endolifting, it is recommended to:
Maintain a healthy diet
Avoid smoking
Apply sunscreen
Follow a personalized maintenance plan with your specialist
